MDM Data Analyst
As an MDM Data Analyst, you will be a key member of the MDM team, responsible for developing and maintaining match strategies using data from various sources, including Credentialing and Human Resource systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Conduct formal reviews of Business Requirements, Operations Guides, Reference Tables, and program artifacts on Teams/SharePoint Sites.
- Review the Outgoing Data Model, including views offered to MDM Consumers and associated data dictionaries, to familiarize yourself with the current state of the MDM Program.
- Utilize Teams Foundation Server (TFS) for managing development sprint work and drafting tasks for upcoming work.
- Support Master Data Work queues and ticketing for Business Data Stewards.
- Perform daily reviews of Provider Records Match Queues to validate proposed/excluded records.
- Provide support to business and technical team members as an experienced consultant in payor enrollment and medical staff credentialing data management.

You will be responsible for the overall planning and execution of projects, ensuring high visibility and effective management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Collaboration: Work with business managers, directors, and technical resources to plan, build, and execute a product involving multiple teams.
- Domain Expertise: Possess deep expertise in Provider Master Data Management within Payor, Health System, Health Plan, Healthcare Information Exchange, or related domains.
- Leadership: Lead business and technical requirements teams to identify viable standards for Master Data Services, with expertise in HL7/FHIR and related terminologies.
- Project Management: Oversee tactical planning and day-to-day management of technical projects.
- Reporting: Summarize and report overall program status to stakeholders and technology leadership.
- Technical Support: Support advanced Master Data Management technical resources, including data architects, solution architects, engineers, and quality assurance teams.
- Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the Master Data Product and the teams involved in delivering services.

MDM QA Engineer
As an MDM QA Engineer, you will work within the Master Data Management team, focusing on Provider, Location, and Reference Master domains. You will act as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with advanced skills in database testing for both on-premises and cloud (Azure) environments. Your role may also involve supporting API and interface testing. You will utilize logical, physical, and canonical models, and possess a strong background in SQL and ETL transformations to support Master Data Services systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced SQL Techniques: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of advanced SQL techniques, including query optimization, complex data manipulations, and efficient database design.
- Data Quality Rules: Compare business requirements documentation for desired solution business rules and provide recommended data quality rules to standardize values when data sources present variation.
- Test Script Development: Develop test scripts and repeatable SQL test scripts, detailing their design, automation, performance testing, environment setup, error handling, version control, documentation, and integration into CI pipelines.
- Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to business rules, data quality rules, and match strategy logic.
- Defect Management: Have extensive experience managing defects in Jira/Confluence.
- Healthcare Crosswalks Testing: Perform QA/Unit Testing on healthcare-centric crosswalks.
- Technical Unit Testing: Support technical unit testing in development, test, and production environments.
